New Harcourts Campbells Bay Office Completes ‘Service Triangle’
For Release: 12 October 2006
For Business Owners of successful award winning Harcourts offices in Browns Bay and Albany on Auckland’s North Shore, opening a new office in popular Campbells Bay has completed a neat ‘service triangle’ with all three offices providing Harcourts service to the diverse needs of the popular local area.
Harcourts Business Partners, Graeme Udy and Ian Dodds have opened this office in a joint venture with well-known local real estate ‘legends’, David Nightingale and Joanne Mimmack.
Mr Udy said that while each of the three offices worked closely together, they also provided local expertise to their respective communities. He added that Harcourts Albany focused mainly on the residential, commercial and investment needs of this fast growing area, Harcourts Browns Bay was more “mid-market residential”, while Campbells Bay’s strong historical background as an early Eastern Bay settlement tended to have more “top end” properties with average prices of around $600,000 to $700,000.
“Campbells Bay is a lovely residential area with a mix of retired, professionals, and families enjoying the good quality schooling. In our search for the right premises, we were fortunate to secure the prominent former Caltex Service Station on the main road which enjoys a huge amount of traffic and also enables us to provide excellent facilities such as car parking for our clients.”
Having opened the new office end of September, Mr Udy said they had enjoyed and immediate “excellent public response. With Harcourts Browns Bay mainly servicing the Northern area, Harcourts Albany servicing the Western area, the new Campbells Bay office covering the Southern area, it forms a very nice triangle enabling us to provide high quality coverage throughout the area for our clients.” Harcourts Campbells Bay is being managed by David Nightingale with a growing team of ten sales consultants.
Harcourts New Zealand General Manager, Jo-Anne Clifford said, “Harcourts Campbells Bay is an exciting new office and link in East Coast Bays. David Nightingale and Joanne Mimmack are clearly marketplace leaders, and together with the successful experience Business Owners Graeme Udy and Ian Dodds bring to the partnership, the office is set to provide an exceptionally high level of service and expertise.”
