New Operations Manager Brings Passion to Cognition Consulting Team
Monday, 9 October 2006: Cognition Consulting, a new local entity focused largely on international educational reform
projects has appointed Dr Phil Coogan as its New Zealand Operations Manager.
Dr Coogan is a well respected educator and academic. He brings a wealth of experience within the education sector to the
team; he has spent the last 10 years with Unitec in consulting, project management and support roles for schools.
Dr Coogan has forged a considerable reputation with his creative approach to leadership of online curriculum
communities. He will start with the Cognition Consulting team on 16 October 2006 as the New Zealand Operations Manager.
