Statement – Technical Problems

We have a technical issue affecting our Prepay customers, particularly top ups, account balance information and delays in charging for text. We are working on fixing this and should have it up and running soon. We apologise for the impact on customers.
Customers will be charged as usual for all services during this period as soon as full service is resumed.
