Minter Ellison Rudd Watts strengthens the team with 11 Senior Solicitor appointments
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has further strengthened its team across Auckland and Wellington with
the appointment of 11 Senior Solicitors.
The position of Senior Solicitor has been newly created within the firm, with these 11 promotions being the first such
appointments.

operating and the quality of their work. These promotions are a tribute to each lawyer’s expertise and commitment, and
the esteem with which they are held by both clients and partners alike.”
In the Auckland office, the firm has promoted Solicitors Shannon Kelly, Rachel Groves, Michael Ussher and Patrick
O’Halloran to the role of Senior Solicitor. In Wellington, the promotions recognised the work of Chloe McLoughlin,
Meredith Ussher, Natalie Becher, Jo Phillips, Julie Maslin, Katie Elkin and Emma Warden. The promotions have been made
in recognition of the experience each lawyer holds in their area of practice.
Chloe, Meredith, Natalie and Rachel operate in the area of corporate and commercial law, while Michael and Jo are well
known real estate lawyers. Patrick is a member of the banking and finance division, while Julie specialises in disputes
resolution. Shannon, Katie and Emma all practice employment law.
