Realbase announces a raft of new functions in its latest product release, Palace 5.0

New Zealand based real estate software company Realbase launches new features of its popular property management
software, with the aim to become the most innovative software company in the property management industry in both New
Zealand and Australia.
The software called Palace manages rental properties for property management companies. Its core function offers
property managers a total property management solution with exciting and useful features such as SMS. The Palace SMS
module allows integrated text messaging from within Palace; it sends personalised individual and group texts to owners,
tenants and trades people. Like all correspondence within Palace, SMS messages are linked directly to the diary of the
individuals concerned and replies are received directly into the Palace SMS Inbox.
The latest release also allows transfer of property information to industry-standard websites such as trademe.co.nz and
realestate.co.nz. Enhanced functionality has also been added to the diary and trust accounting components.
Palace is already used by many of the leading real estate agencies in New Zealand.
