Vehicle Testing NZ– Proposed Public Offering
Vehicle Testing New Zealand Limited (VTNZ) announced today a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of the shares in its parent company Vehicle Testing Group Limited (VTG).
Motor Trade Association (Inc.) (as the current owner of shares in VTG), and VTG itself, plan to offer for sale shares in VTG.
The proposed offer is for the issue of ordinary shares to New Zealand institutional and retail investors. A preferential pool of shares will be available for MTA members and staff and staff of VTNZ and On Road New Zealand Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of VTNZ).
No money is currently being sought and no applications for VTG shares will be accepted or money received unless the subscriber has received an investment statement for the VTG share offer.
