The well known tourism award winning Kiwi Valley Theme Park in the Waitakere foothills is for sale by tender. Kiwi Valley which was first developed seven years ago by the creators of the iconic mobile “Old McDonalds Farmyard” aimed at the children’s birthday market, includes a mix of leased and owner operated business units including a childcare centre, café, riding school and equestrian centre and retail outlets.
