2006 Auckland Holiday & Travel XPO cancelled
Regretfully, the Holiday & Travel XPO scheduled for July 8 and 9 at Auckland Showgrounds has been cancelled.
Claudia Steiner, Exhibition Manager for organiser, Expertise Events, said: “As we approached the July date we
realised we did not have the variety of exhibits and quality of event to satisfy visitor needs.
“Our shows are well known for being more than exhibits delivering an enjoyable experience including stage presentations,
film shows and booking facilities, providing a one-stop travel shop.
“We were not prepared to compromise and settle for a lesser offering for our visitors which we felt would be taking a
backward step in an already difficult travel market.”
