New Zealand's Stu Julian elected to IFALPA board
New Zealand's Captain Stu Julian was elected Executive Vice President for the Asia Pacific region at the International Federation of Air Line Pilots' Associations (IFALPA) annual conference held in Istanbul last week. Stu has been active in the work of the Federation for a number of years serving most recently as Regional Vice President South Pacific as well as taking part in a number of IFALPA's standing Committees.
In his new role, as part of the leadership of the Federation, Stu will represent the interests of airline pilots throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Commenting on his election Stu said "I was greatly honoured to be asked to serve as IFALPA Executive VP. I look forward to representing the fast growing Asia-Pacific region and fostering the safety and global interests of all Airline pilots."
