Suite 1, Ground Floor of Building A at the Millenium Centre Phase 2 has been leased to Portables Plus Group Ltd, a company specialising in mobile computing technology, for a term of 6+6 years. The tenancy comprises office and showroom space of 433 sqm and 11 carparks at an initial net rental of $137,698 pa. The newly completed Centre at 600 Great South Road, Greenlane comprises three 4 storey office buildings with large floor plates together with an on site café, gymnasium and childcare centre.
