Auto Trader and Nissan Shift Online
Trader Group and Nissan New Zealand have formed a marketing partnership to drive Nissan car sales online. Trader Group will power the used search functions on Nissan’s corporate website. Nissan’s approved dealers’ stock will now appear online on the Nissan.co.nz site and the biggest vehicle site in New Zealand, autotrader.co.nz.
The marketing partnership presents an extremely powerful tool for Nissan. Over 107,000 [1] serious buyers use autotrader.co.nz every month.
“Nissan NZ has recognised our customers want to be able to search Nissan used cars for sale through our corporate website and that we can raise further quality enquires for our dealer network by using the autotrader.co.nz marketing channel.” says Damien Smyth Sales and Marketing

Trader Group will be providing the service of capturing approved Nissan vehicles for sale nationwide, displaying and marketing them online to serious quality buyers.
“We are adding another dimension to Nissan’s marketing mix by offering them an on-line one stop solution to retail their cars”, says Trader Group General Manager Lee Williams. “Autotrader.co.nz enables dealers to easily market their cars with multiple photos and full text descriptions to a serious buying audience across multiple sales channels”.
Williams continues ‘with over 50,000 vehicles for sale from genuine dealers and private sellers the autotrader.co.nz has extensive research information and reviews to enable buyers to be confident in their buying decisions.
