'Check' Out Ford's Fieldays Offers
AUCKLAND, New Zealand, 4 May 2006
Ford New Zealand has teamed up with another iconic Kiwi brand, Swanndri, to offer customers even more value as it begins its 2006 National Fieldays campaign.
The Motor Company has unveiled eye-catching Courier show-cars covered in the traditional Swanndri check that will feature on the Ford stand at the 2006 Fieldays show at Mystery Creek on June 14-17 and at Ford dealerships around the country.
"Customers who purchase a Ford Falcon or Courier during May and June will receive $1000 worth of Swanndri merchandise of their choice while Territory customers will receive a stunning new 'Swanndri by Karen Walker' luggage and accessory pack,*" said Melissa Rushton, Light Commercial Vehicle Brand Manager, Ford New Zealand.
"During May and June, customers can save over $12,000 when they purchase either a Ford Courier High Country for $30,690 plus on-road costs or a BF Falcon XR6 ute for $33,495 plus on-road costs."
"Courier continues to be one of New Zealand's most popular trucks – it is ready for the rough and tumble of work and play, and is designed to handle the toughest of conditions both on and off the road."
"Since its launch, the BF Falcon has continued to impress with its improved fuel economy and increased performance, refinement and safety – customers can purchase a BF Falcon XT for only $34,595 (plus on-road costs) which is a saving of over $10,000,"
"Kiwis continue to fall in love with the award-winning Ford Territory with its car-like handling and off-road capabilities – I'm confident they'll be equally impressed with the 'Swanndri by Karen Walker' range."
For further information, customers should contact their local Ford dealership or go to www.ford.co.nz
*The $1000 of Swanndri merchandise is only valid on Courier and Falcon models registered between 1st May 2006 and 30th June 2006. The offer excludes rental, government and demonstrator purchases.
