IT Mainland Limited IPO Raises Over $1M
The share offer of IT Mainland Limited has now closed. Over $1M has been raised.
The Directors of IT Mainland Limited are pleased with the response to the share offer which has exceeded the minimum subscription of $760,000.
Mr Geoffrey Samuels Chairman on IT Mainland said “I am very happy that investors have seen fit to support our goals. The Company is now actively reviewing the best application of these funds in accordance with its Prospectus priorities.”
The Company will be issuing approximately 2.5 million shares to approximately 333 shareholders.
The shares will be issued at $0.40. The minimum subscription was $1,000.
