New appointments at Bridgecorp
Specialist property financier Bridgecorp has announced a number of new appointments to further strengthen its management
team in New Zealand and take advantage of increasing growth opportunities in Australia.
Former New Zealand General Manager, Mike Jeffcoat has taken up the permanent position of Australian General Manager
based in Sydney. Mike has been at Bridgecorp for more than 5 years and has had over 30 years’ experience in the finance
industry. He will now be permanently situated in Sydney to focus on the management and growth of the Australian
operation, Bridgecorp Finance Limited.
Mike Drummond has assumed the position of New Zealand General Manager.
He joined Bridgecorp a year ago as the New Zealand Property Finance Manager. Prior to joining Bridgecorp Mike enjoyed a
successful career with the Bank of New Zealand, where he held a range of senior management roles including Senior
Business Manager in the BNZ’s Major Client Group and Northern Regional Manager for its Property Finance Unit.
Roger Middleton joined Bridgecorp in February as New Zealand Property Finance Manager.
Roger has spent the past 17 years in the Bank of New Zealand Group, including 15 years in BNZ Finance. This included
roles in credit and senior property lending.
Bridgecorp also announces the appointment of David Forster to the Property Finance team based in Auckland.
As Senior Property Finance Manager, David will facilitate and manage Bridgecorp’s major commercial property deals. He is
a Registered Valuer and has spent the past 12 years working abroad as a property financier for various corporate and
merchant banking groups.
Bridgecorp Managing Director Rod Petricevic said the new appointments significantly strengthened the company’s property
finance team and underlined its commitment to strong growth in the market, both in New Zealand and Australia.
