John Leighton takes over as MIA President
John Leighton, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand Ltd., has taken over the role of President of the Motor Industry Association from Richard Giltrap, Managing Director of European Motor Distributors Ltd, who has held the post for the last two years.
John Leighton has 33 years experience in the motor industry holding several senior management positions including engineering and manufacturing, distribution, marketing, retail and after sales service.
Following John Leighton in the position of Vice President is Wallis Dumper, Managing Director of Motorcorp Distributors Ltd.
