Commerce Commission to investigate Ihug and Callplus applications for regulated bitstream service
The Commission has decided to investigate two separate applications from Ihug and Callplus for access determinations in relation to the regulated bitstream service.
The applications request that the Commission determine terms for access to regulated bitstream that are consistent with a previous determination providing regulated access to TelstraClear issued in December last year (Decision 568).
