Sparkling result for C J Pask Winery
Award winning Winery, C J Pask, won two Gold Medals and was awarded the trophy for Champion Methode Champenoise, announced at the Royal Easter Show Wine awards dinner in Auckland.
The C J Pask Declaration Chardonnay 2004 won Gold, the third gold medal the wine has been awarded in recent months.
Outclassing all other entrants in the Sparkling wine category, C J Pask Methode Traditionnelle Brut 1996 won Gold and also the coveted Soar Printing Co Ltd trophy for Champion Methode Champenoise wine of the show.
C J Pask Winery’s Managing Director Kate Radburnd is delighted with the results. “Given C J Pask Winery’s strong focus on red wine production, these awards confirm both our company’s ability and Hawke’s Bay as a region to produce award winning wines across a range of varieties.
A dedicated and quality driven approach to all aspects of the viticulture and winemaking process enables us to produce outstanding wines from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand’s premier wine producing region”
