Capital Notes Issue Proves Popular with Brokers
The NZX broking community has reacted very positively to Dominion Finance Holdings Capital Notes Issue since it came on the market on 06 March 2006.
The Lead Manager of the issue, McDouall Stuart Securities Limited advised the company the broker allocation requests comfortably exceed the total size of the $30 million issue, plus the $10 million of oversubscriptions, and widespread scaling of those requests has occurred. As a consequence there will not be a public pool in the issue.
Terry Butler, Chief Executive Officer, Dominion Finance Holdings Limited, believes the success of the Capital Notes Issue with the broking community is clear evidence that they see Dominion Finance as a well run and established businesses worth investing in.
“We conducted a road show around the country and got a lot of very positive feedback. It is pleasing to see this reflected in the extremely strong interest in the Notes issue.”
