Right recipe for The Foodtown Magazine
The Foodtown Magazine is the fastest-growing bi-monthly magazine in New Zealand.
The glossy food and lifestyle magazine has achieved circulation growth of more than 23 percent in the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) results for 2005.
The figure represents the highest growth rate of any bi-monthly magazine in the six month period to December 31, 2005. The Foodtown Magazine's growth rate during the entire 12 months of 2005 was more than 17 percent.
For 2005, The Foodtown Magazine had an average circulation of 47,028 and average net paid sales of 44,674.
Publisher Tim Connell is justifiably pleased with the results.
"Since we launched five years ago, The Foodtown Magazine has shown consistent circulation growth. This is no doubt due in part to the magazine's excellent value for money compared to its competitors and its accessible but rewarding recipes.
"We are very pleased with today's results which reflect highly not only on the publisher but also on the exceptional support we have had from our advertisers."
