New Appointment Continues Hirepool’s Growth
Auckland, 10 February 2006: Rental equipment leader, Hirepool Limited, has promoted Taryn Storey to the position of
Communications Manager – based in Auckland.
Storey, previously Executive Assistant Marketing and Communications, will be in charge of co-ordinating the
communications strategy for Hirepool Limited at both national and regional level. This is a key role and at only 24
Taryn is one of the youngest appointments made by Hirepool to its management team.
As well as implementing strategic communications initiatives across the group, Taryn will also support all regional and
brand marketing and promotional activities and sponsorships.
Hirepool Managing Director, Tenby Powell, says Taryn’s promotion reflects the value placed on her ability to take on
such responsibility. “She has made a significant contribution to Hirepool’s growth over the past two years and I’m
confident she will be very successful in her new role,” he says.
