New Advertising Partner for Bank of New Zealand
Bank of New Zealand announced today that it would be changing advertising agencies.
“We thank Colenso for the service they have provided us over the years,” said Bank of New Zealand Acting General Manager Marketing, Distribution & Strategy, Chris Black.
“The relationship has lasted for more than 25 years, and in that time Colenso has grown into one of New Zealand’s largest and most successful agencies.
“I think most people in the banking and advertising industries would agree that between us, the Bank and Colenso have brought New Zealanders some great advertising, and much of the credit for that rests with Colenso.
“Nonetheless, all relationships go through a life-cycle, and the Bank felt that the time had come to seek a fresh perspective on its business,” Mr Black said.
“For this reason we have made the decision to shift Bank of New Zealand’s advertising and media relationship to Y, fully effective from March 2006.”
The GlobalPlus relationship will stay with Colenso while Aim Proximity remains the Bank’s direct marketing agency.
