Harcourts Achieves Over $3 Million Record for Mt Maunganui Apartment

Hot on the heels of the $2.15 million and $1.82 million dollar property sales in Papamoa last month, Harcourts has done
it again and just confirmed the sale of a Marine Parade apartment for what is believed to be a new area record of $3.2
million.
The apartment is one of six in the newly completed upmarket Tsunami Apartments on a prime Marine Parade site with high
quality design and fittings throughout, along with uninterrupted water views. A $2.8 million apartment in the same
development is also currently receiving very strong buyer interest.

ongoing buying demand for million dollar plus coastal properties from both locals and buyers outside the area, including
overseas, with the $3.2 million apartment purchased by an expatriate New Zealander working in the USA.
