Balanced Scorecard Collaborative Announces New Zealand Affiliated Company
A New Zealand company has today been named as an affiliate of the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Inc. (BSCol), a
Palladium company.
As a BSCol affiliate, using BSCol’s proven Balanced Scorecard methodology, Frameworks will deliver training, consulting
services, and technology solutions to organisations that are learning about, designing, and implementing Balanced
Scorecards with the goal of becoming Strategy-Focused Organisations (SFO).
The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a multidimensional framework for describing, implementing, and managing strategy at all
levels of an enterprise by linking objectives, measures, and initiatives to an organisation’s strategy, thereby
translating an organisation’s vision and strategy into action.
Frameworks’ affiliation with BSCol comes following a strong track record of using the Balanced Scorecard approach.
Frameworks Director Dale Pearce, a long-serving consultant to the public and private sector and successful businesswoman
in her own right, says she is excited by the new challenge and hopes to help businesses reap the rewards offered by the
system.
“While many organisations in the public and private sectors are already using a type of Balanced Scorecard approach, we
are the only New Zealand Company who can offer world-class training, consultation and methodology to help our clients
achieve best practice and breakthrough results,” Dale Pearce says. “We’re excited by the opportunity of being an
affiliated company and want to help more businesses, both large and small, achieve the kind of breakthrough results
we’ve seen.”
“The introduction of Frameworks into our affiliate network represents a milestone for New Zealand business
performance,” Matthew Tice, Managing Director of BSCol Asia-Pacific, says. “With local know-how and experience and the
backing of BSCol, Frameworks is uniquely positioned to help New Zealand organisations to improve competitiveness and
performance.”
