InterContinental Hotels Group Appoints New Regional Manager NZ/South Pacific
David Shackleton, New Zealand's InterContinental Hotels Group's new head, is a man with a vision. He wants New Zealand's
InterContinental Hotels Group to be the number one choice for international travellers, corporates and local
communities. With his impressive track record he is just the man to make it happen.

appointments in Singapore, Hawaii, Korea and Canada.
When David saw the InterContinental Hotels Group, the world's most global company with over 3,300 hotels, was looking
for a Regional Manager NZ/South Pacific he knew he was up for the challenge.
David was attracted to the job because New Zealand is becoming one of the most sought after travel destinations in the
world and domestic travel continues to rise. New Zealand, with a strong portfolio of hotels, provides him with the
opportunity to apply his international experience at a local level.
