Nestlé Seeks Help From Public To Plot Its History
It's Nestlé's 120th Anniversary in New Zealand and the company is seeking help from members of the public to help chart its family history.
Nestlé is looking for stories where its brands such as MILO, MAGGI, HIGHLANDER, KIT KAT, CARNATION, ALLENS, MILKY BAR, NESCAFE, TUX, PURINA and many more have played a role in the lives of New Zealand families.
Whether it be a tale about how you and your loved one met over a packet of NESTLÉ Scorched Almonds or a favourite MAGGI recipe that's been handed down over the generations, Nestlé wants to hear your story. Perhaps someone even knows the whereabouts of the one of the original MILKY BAR kids?
The company is also interested in contact from those with Nestlé memorabilia - be it one of the original NESCAFE tins, an old HIGHLANDER cookbook or one of the first sports or school bags emblazoned with MILO.
And everyone who shares a story - either by writing The Nestlé Family, c/o Part of NZ Families for 120 years, PO Box 109 162, Newmarket, Auckland or by going to the Nestlé website (www.nestle.co.nz) - has the chance to win $15,000 towards their own family reunion.
The competition closes on October 31st 2005.
