Hi Tech Awards 2005 Finalists Named

Allied Telesyn New Zealand Hi Tech Awards, Christchurch, New Zealand: After an extended deadline while companies rushed to get their award entries in, the NZ Hi Tech Awards committee is pleased to announce the judges have named the finalists of this year's Allied Telesyn NZ Hi Tech Awards.
A number of quality entries were judged last weekend from all over the country and the high standard proved a tough challenge for the judges to decide the finalists and winners. There are just four weeks to go until the presentation of the awards at the Convention Centre in Christchurch on Saturday 1st October. Don Rae, Chairman of the judging panel, commented: "The entries were very strong this year, which made the decision process very difficult. All the finalists demonstrated tremendous innovation and commitment to meeting the needs of their market. It was evident that many companies are realising the advantages of professional business governance and well researched strategies aimed at increasing their market position and export success."
The 14 company finalists and 4 Young Achiever finalists of the Allied Telesyn Hi Tech Awards 2005 follow. Some of these companies are finalists in more than one category. The winners and their award categories entered will be announced at the gala dinner. Industry and Category Award finalists (in alphabetical order) are:

Systems Inc., Christchurch XSol Ltd, Auckland Young Achiever Award finalists are:

About The Allied Telesyn New Zealand Hi Tech Awards The Allied Telesyn New Zealand Hi Tech Awards, now in their 12th year, are aimed at New Zealand's successful Hi Tech companies who have married research and development with the ability to successfully market and sell products both within New Zealand and offshore.
