Public Trust’s Corporate Trustee Services Announces Two Senior Appointments – Ross Bradding And Dennis Church
Public Trust’s Corporate Trustee Services division has made two senior appointments; Ross Bradding and Dennis Church. Both are well known in the finance and wider business community, Ross having worked in senior roles with Macquarie New Zealand and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) Australia, and prior to this appointment Dennis was Chief Manager, Corporate Trust with NZ Guardian Trust.
“These senior appointments demonstrate Public Trust’s commitment to building its Corporate Trustee Services business. Dennis and Ross have a depth of experience and standing in the wider financial services sector that will complement our current team,” said Philip Dyer, General Manager of Public Trust’s Corporate Trustee Services Division.
Both Ross and Dennis will have a client service and business development role, and be based in Auckland. Corporate Trustee Services also has offices in Wellington.
Dennis Church has held senior management roles with NZ Guardian Trust, Hay Management Consultants and the former sharebroking firm Buttle Wilson. Educated at Palmerston North Boys High School, Victoria University of Wellington and Massey University, he has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in financial management.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of NZ (ICANZ), a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals (INFINZ), and is on the committee of the Banking and Financial Services Law Association.
Ross Bradding joins Corporate Trustee Services from Macquarie New Zealand where he was consulting for the structured products and alternative investments area. Prior to that position, he was Chief Operating Officer of CSFB’s Australasian Fixed Income Division, based in Sydney. Ross has also held senior roles with Prudential Assurance and Goldman Sachs International in London.
Educated at Hamilton Boys High School and the University of Waikato, he has a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in finance and marketing.
The Corporate Trustee Services division provides specialist corporate trustee services for a diverse range of public and private schemes, including debt capital market issues, unit trusts, securitisation programmes, structured finance, superannuation schemes, participatory securities, and as custodian for a range of trust arrangements. This business, which includes subsidiary New Zealand Permanent Trustees Limited, has grown strongly in recent years.
Corporate Trustee Services has over $12 billion of funds or assets under its supervision.
