Open Country Cheese Dairy Draft Determination:
agenda released and extra day added to conference
The Commerce Commission has extended a conference to hear submissions on its Draft Determination relating to Open
Country Cheese Company Limited’s dispute with Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited.
The conference will now run on Tuesday 16, Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 August.
A draft timetable for the conference is attached, and is also available on the Commission’s website.
The conference will be chaired by Deputy Chair of the Commerce Commission, David Caygill.
