Godfrey Hirst And Feltex Hold First Meeting
Godfrey Hirst Australia Pty Limited (“Godfrey Hirst”) today confirmed it had met with Feltex representatives to hold an initial discussion regarding a possible merger of the two companies.
Godfrey Hirst Finance Director, Jim Walsh said it was a constructive first meeting and Godfrey Hirst looked forward to progressing more detailed discussions with Feltex.
“We believe that a merger between Godfrey Hirst and Feltex could have benefits for both companies and their respective shareholders,” he said.
