Harcourts No. 1 Named Top Industry Consultant in Central Region
6 July 2005
Legendary real estate figure, Shaun Cosgrave of Harcourts Hamilton – Glenview has had another stellar year by not only being named No. 1 for Harcourts nationwide, but on Friday night was named the Supreme winner in the Real Estate Institute’s Central Region (Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne).
While beating out 1,800 Harcourts colleagues nationwide for the top spot for the second year in a row was a career highlight at the annual Harcourts Conference late May, this latest award confirmed Mr Cosgrave is not only the best in Harcourts, but without a doubt one of the best in the business.
At the annual REINZ Central Region awards, Mr Cosgrave won his Residential Real Estate Division category, and was then announced Supreme Winner ahead of 11 other Category Winners ranging from rural through to projects and commercial. What makes the award win even more remarkable is that this is the fifth time Mr Cosgrave has taken it home.
Brian King, business partner of the Harcourts Hamilton offices has worked with Mr Cosgrave for many years and enthusiastically described him as “an absolutely hard worker who provides unbelievable service to his clients with a huge focus on the job at hand.” He noted Mr Cosgrave’s phenomenal success wasn’t just about volume, as with the core of his business being repeat and referral in such a competitive industry was proof of the exceptional ongoing service he provided his clients with.
“Shaun has had an absolutely huge year and has worked incredibly hard and a huge amount of hours. After being named No. 1 for Harcourts again, it was such an honour to win the REINZ award which is the icing on the cake. It’s a real credit to Shaun, and he’s just a great guy to have on the team.”
Harcourts New Zealand CEO, Bryan Thomson said “Shaun is such a figure of excellence with his commitment, passion and skills an example to all who make this industry their career. Harcourts Group is so very proud to have Shaun part of our team.”
