Elders and Hanover To Have Name-Change

Published: Fri 1 Jul 2005 09:01 AM
Joint statement made by Paul Cropp, CEO Hanover Financial Services Limited, Elders Finance Limited and Stuart Chapman, Managing Director, Elders New Zealand Limited
Elders Finance Limited, subsidiary of Hanover Financial Services Limited, will be moving to a new name later this year and will no longer use the “Elders” name and logo.
The “Elders” name is one that is used extensively in Australia and by Elders New Zealand Limited and associated companies in connection with the New Zealand rural sector.
It is in both parties’ best interests that they are seen as unique and unrelated and are not confused with each other.
