Publicis Mojo strengthens DM through Dialog
One of New Zealand's leading direct and interactive agencies is adopting a new global brand for 2005 and beyond.
Publicis Rainger is joining the international network of agencies known as Publicis Dialog. The new name - and a newly expanded team - begins operating from today.
With 45 offices throughout Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia, Publicis Dialog is the CRM/direct, interactive and below-the-line arm of the Publicis global group of companies.
Here in New Zealand, Publicis Dialog holds a strong position as one of New Zealand's leading direct marketing and interactive companies. General Manager Simon Morgan said the change is a significant milestone after 15 years of growth and success.
"This is the obvious next step for us," he says. "There are certainly some big benefits as we move to align our direct and interactive resources across the region.
"A well defined regional network will enable better knowledge-sharing and also allow us to share specialist resources such as data mining and specialist web development.
"Some of our clients are seeking improved synergy across the region. These include major brands like HP and Nestlé, both of whom are strong advocates of data-driven marketing."
New Team - New Talent
Two new appointments are a feature of today's announcement. New team leader Jen Svrcek joins Publicis Dialog from RBR. Jen was previously Client Services Director where she ran the ANZ account.
Andre Louis joins Publicis Dialog as Internet specialist. Andre has returned from work in the United Kingdom. Whilst there he spent four years consulting on Internet and mobile marketing with clients such as the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Awards And Achievements
Mr Morgan says Publicis Dialog will continue a path of growth and success which has continued since the original agency first launched in 1990.
"Some of our team have been involved with this business for more than 10 years," he says.
The agency's reputation for specialist focus and outstanding campaigns has been widely recognised. It produced the most awarded campaign at this year DMA RSVP awards for client Nestlé Purina, and Grand Prix wins have come twice in the past ten years.
Publicis Mojo Group Chairman Graeme Wills says the move to Publicis Dialog is an exciting new chapter for the agency.
"The new brand fits perfectly with the direction the agency is now taking," he says.
"This is an exciting time for the entire group, and judging from the positive client feedback, they already share our enthusiasm.
