Hamilton High Flyer No. 1 for Harcourts Again

One of Hamilton’s legendary real estate figures, Shaun Cosgrave of Harcourts’ Hamilton – Glenview office has been
announced as Harcourts’ Number 1 National Sales Consultant for the second year in the row, ahead of 1,800 other
Harcourts sales consultants throughout the country.
The announcement was made last night at the black tie Awards Dinner concluding Harcourts' annual three day Conference
with close to 1,000 attending Conference and the 2004-2005 awards.
Alison Aitken from the Christchurch City office was announced as Harcourts Number 2 National Sales Consultant for the
second year in a row. Alison was Harcourts’ Number 1 National Sales Consultant for four years, and earlier this month
was recognised as Harcourts’ Top Canterbury Sales Consultant for the sixth year in a row. Alison Carter from Harcourts
Ferrymead in Christchurch was announced as the Number 3 National Sales Consultant.

As well as the current Harcourts Number 1 consultant, Shaun has in recent years been recognised by the Real Estate
Institute of New Zealand as the Number 1 residential salesperson for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne Region four
times.
