Creating a “Magical Experience” for clients
Creating a “Magical Experience” for clients every step of a real estate transaction was the theme of Harcourt’s Annual Conference this year, and reinforced as the key to continuing as the fastest growing real estate organisation in Australasia, according to Managing Director of Harcourts International Ltd, Mike Green.
Mr Green also announced a new annual record for Harcourts International with written sales of $14 billion for the 2004-2005 year. He added that in the last year more than 74 new offices had joined the organisation, in addition to 1,049 new sales consultants.
Looking at the year ahead, Mr Green emphasised it was imperative for Harcourts to focus on the three core areas of technology, growth, and an even higher attention to detail which was not only about meeting the increasingly sophisticated expectations of clients, but would pave the way for further international growth.
He believed while Harcourts’ unique culture was pivotal to attracting team members, an organisational focus on cutting edge technology, and a clear career path through the Harcourts Academy played a major role in attracting both new and existing industry professionals.
Harcourts’ Annual Conference concluded at Sky City Auckland last night (Wednesday 25 May) with just on 1,000 attending along with a number of international keynote speakers. The Conference closed with a black tie awards dinner to announce Harcourts’ top achievers for the past year.
