Barfoot & Thompson Recognises Outstanding Achievers
- Leila MacDonald Number One Again -
Multi million dollar property specialist Leila Macdonald is Barfoot & Thompson’s number one salesperson for the third year in a row. Her impressive achievement was announced at the company’s Annual Convention at the Sky City Convention Centre this week, attended by 1,400 people.
Barfoot & Thompson recognised its Top 25 outstanding achievers as well as the number one performer in residential, rural and commercial property.
Leila was number one again for residential, Mike Butler from Papakura was top rural salesperson and John McDonald from Whangaparoa was the top commercial agent. The Rookie of the Year was Lucy Zhuo-Kiu from Mt Eden who demonstrated outstanding results in her first full year of real estate sales. The company’s top Property Manager was Claire Turner.
Director Peter Thompson says it’s a pleasure to once again congratulate Leila MacDonald for taking the titles of Top Residential Salesperson and Overall Top Salesperson for the company. “Leila has a 14 year track record with the company and she’s never been placed lower than number two. Her average sale price for the year to March was in over $2 million dollars.”
Leila’s manager at the Remuera branch Jeff Cate says, “The dynasty continues. It continues to amaze me that Leila achieves such incredible results year in and year out. She understands the benefits of extensive marketing exposure for her clients’ properties and achieves exceptional results through this exposure, both for herself and the properties she represents.”
“Leila MacDonald makes herself available to clients at any time of the day, and is sought after by prospective vendors across greater Auckland, although she still specialises predominantly in Remuera, Epsom and Parnell. She is regarded as being particularly effective in both the qualifying and negotiating stages of real estate transactions.”
