Prestige Realty Celebrates Five Years in Business
Husband and wife team Wayne and Lorraine Marmont are a local and national real estate success story.
Just five years ago the couple founded Prestige Realty International Ltd and it has been a very successful five years. The company has rapidly expanded from its founding 5 staff to the 55 staff it has today, based in three buildings - two in Milford and one in the Hibiscus Coast. Prestige’s growing team covers and services the entire North Shore to the Hibiscus Coast.
The Marmonts say that Prestige has exceeded all expectations in its short five years of business and they are looking forward to new challenges ahead. “We certainly didn’t envisage the growth we’ve accomplished since we first opened the doors, and we are continually striving to achieve real estate excellence at all levels.”
Prestige is typified by its boutique, family orientated, team atmosphere which is resulting in excellent results for its clients. “What makes Prestige is the personal one-on-one personalised service that our staff offer. Our aim is to provide clients with the best service experience of their life,” Mr Marmont says.
With Mr Marmont’s ingrained interest and long-time involvement in the building industry, backed with experience in sales and marketing and as Director of a prominent North Shore company, the couple has never looked back. “We have carefully managed our growth, expanding over the years from residential to also include country estate, rural, commercial, leasing, business sales and rental and property management.”
Mr Marmont highlights the couple’s commitment to maintain growth, and at the request of the public for the Prestige ‘difference and service’, they have recently restructured with Murray Blair AREINZ joining the Milford office as Principal Officer and Barry Ballie AREINZ has taken over the Hibiscus Coast office.
Prestige Realty International and its team are looking forward to many more successful years marketing real estate and offering clients a quality service.
