MPA Boosts Business Development Team with New Appointments
AUCKLAND – April 28, 2005 – MPA, a New Zealand value added IT distributor of software and hardware, has appointed Mark Haddon as the Business Development Manager for its Citrix solutions and Chris Parnell as its Business Development Manager for its Allot Communications and Eicon Networks solutions.
Mark's role is to address customer’s business problems through the delivery of the Citrix Access Infrastructure. The infrastructure improves their operational efficiency and enables them to capitalise on growth opportunities.
With over ten years experience in the server based and thin client market sector, Mark has held roles as the Corporate Development Manager for Hewlett Packard and as Channel Manager for Network Computing Devices at Sealcorp. Prior to joining MPA, Mark returned from a two year break from the IT industry to pursue his interests in the property market.
Chris works with end users, corporates and internet service providers, and resellers to present Allot Communications products that improve network performance. Chris is also responsible for developing partnerships with software developers through the Eicon Networks technologies that increase communications through ISDN, ADSL, X25 and frame relay markets.
From the U.K, prior to joining MPA, Chris was Sales Director for eight years at Digital Systems, a PC supplier to Education, Local Government and Health clients throughout the U.K.
