DTZ Agency continues to expand
DTZ’s Auckland based Agency division is proud to announce the recent appointment of Kevin Richards, Chris Drumm and Colin McKenna. These appointments are an integral part of the continued growth of DTZ and are another example of DTZ’s ongoing commitment to employing experienced and professional people to focus on delivering service excellence to our clients.
Kevin Richards will take responsibility for the Auckland agency team. ‘It is exciting to be a part of a company that shows so much potential and has the opportunity to harness and support such growth in the near future’ said Kevin. ‘Due to its strong professional service base there is the necessary diversity within the company to enable such growth, within an environment that is built on team work and delivering superior service.’
Richards has a long history in the commercial sales and leasing business in Auckland having worked for Jones Lang La Salle for over 8 years, Gaze Commercial and CB Richard Ellis. He transacted over $135 million of investments sales in 2004, with his recent deals including the sale of the $70m Fletcher Headquarters in Great South Rd Penrose.
With extensive experience in the fringe city and development opportunities Chris Drumm is an asset to the growing Commercial Sales and Investment team. Drumm has a background with Sheffields before taking up a career five years ago in commercial real estate. He has worked for CB Richard Ellis and briefly with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Also joining the Commercial Sales & Investment team Colin McKenna brings an impressive track record in Sales and Development work with experience at CBRE and more recently with JLL. Some of McKenna’s more notable recent sales include his involvement in two sales of Surrey Crescent @ $9m and $11m, SIL House @ $5.6m, 430 Queen @ $10.5m and 104 Fanshawe @ $3.4m.
