Sunday Magazine Number One Read Newspaper Insert Magazine
The latest Nielsen readership results confirm the strength of Sunday Magazine within the Fairfax New Zealand portfolio
of titles. The Sunday Star-Times remains New Zealand's most read newspaper based on average issue readership of 680,000
people 10 yrs+, despite the introduction of a new competitor title into the Auckland market in October.
Sunday Magazine has a sectional readership of 497,000* aged 10+ which equates to 72% of Sunday Star-Times total
readership - a phenomenal result for sectional readership and after only six months data, clearly placing it as New
Zealand's number one read newspaper inserted magazine.

produce a "real magazine" on quality paper with first-class writing and photography has resonated with readers",
