NZ Farriers Association Launches Website
A new website for the New Zealand Farriers Association has just come online to benefit the equestrian population of New Zealand.
http://www.nzfarriers.co.nz, which aims to inform and educate, will be a great resource for horse-owners in New Zealand who will be able to search the ever growing database of professional members of the Association by area and keep up to date with how farriers are advancing their skills for the sake of horses everywhere.
In the articles section, there are useful tips on the importance of regular hoof care to keep your horse sound and how to make the farrier visit a more pleasant experience.
The site is to be regularly updated to keep abreast of advancements in farrier technology. Results and photos from the various shoeing competitions around New Zealand will be posted soon after the competitions to showcase the success of New Zealand based farriers both at home and on the international scene.
The New Zealand Farriers Association is hosted by Horsetalk (www.horsetalk.co.nz), the country's leading equestrian website.
