HFP delisted by Unlisted
Hedge Fund Patrol Limited announces that it has received notification today that the agreement between HFP and Unlisted for the quotation of 'hfp ORD' shares has been cancelled.
Unlisted advised that "...the decision was based on HFP's public acknowledgement that it does not have a prospectus as required to enable its securities to be traded, and Unlisted is therefore unable to form a view as to the status of HFP securities."
Unlisted gave no undertaking as to whether it will in future enter into any agreement with HFP to enable HFP securities to be quoted on Unlisted.
