The ultimate Christmas gift
Put aside the three French hens, two turtle doves and partridge in the pear tree as this year you can give your true love the ultimate Christmas gift….a ticket to the 2005 Lion Red Furuno Fishing Tournament!
There is one week left of Early Bird sales – so a ticket that is usually $110 can be bought up until the 21st December for $95. No better time to save money than this time of year!
This ticket is the gateway to three days of fun, festivities and fishing of course!
February 24th, 25th and 26th is going to be huge! The month of February boasts the best weather of the year, the fishing is superb and the evening entertainment at the tournament is one of a kind.
The dedicated fishermen out there will be competing for the Snapper World Cup and Lowrance Kingfish Trophy, with prizes valued at around $10,000 (including a pallet of Lion Red) and $7,000 respectively. Daily and overall prizes are awarded down to sixth place for each species.
For those attending who don’t think they’ll be catching the big one, they are still in for a chance to win something! The largest single prize at the Lion Red Furuno, a comprehensively equipped Haines Hunter SF535 powerboat valued at over $50,000, remains a lucky draw prize open to all contestants.
So, if you are stuck for a present this Christmas or want to treat yourself, log on to www.furunofish.co.nz or phone (09) 444 1363.
Remember, the early bird tickets are on sale only until the 21st December 2004.
