Thrifty Use Press to Drive Success
The NAB’s latest case study has just been released. This new case study looks at how metropolitan newspapers, combined with quirky creative, lifted sales and significantly increased brand awareness for Thrifty Car Rental.
A promotional competition also accompanied the case study. The “Look Sexy in a Mini” competition requires recipients to answer a simple question based on the case study to win a MINI for a weekend. You still have a chance to enter into the draw, with the competition closing this Friday 19th November, 2004.
Newspapers are a highly effective media choice for advertising and the Case Study Programme is proving it through evidence of delivery. The more information obtained on delivery, the better the service to the industry. Accountability is a high priority and the NAB wants to provide good, useful guidelines to the industry that demonstrate how newspaper advertising works.
By exposing great work, the NAB also draws attention to those agencies and advertisers who have a good understanding of the use of media. The NAB believes these companies deserve public recognition.
If you are interested in participating in the Case Study Programme, please contact the NAB on 09 361 2710 for further information.
