Westpac kicks off Auckland improvements
Westpac has today opened a new branch in Westfield St Lukes, the first of a number of improvements planned for the Auckland market.
“We’ve got a programme underway to boost Westpac’s presence in Auckland’s key areas,” said Ken Hodgson, General Manager – Consumer.
“We’ve introduced a number of initiatives to deliver a consistently superior customer experience and that includes enhancing our service offering to customers in Auckland.” Westpac’s programme includes improvements to some existing branches or in some cases opening new branches. Improvements to branches mean they will be better appointed, with better customer access and parking. New branches are planned in the North Shore and Westgate.
“The Auckland market is an extremely important one and we are committed to delivering a leading-edge product and service to this key region,” said Ken Hodgson.
Westpac’s new St Lukes branch is located on level 2, adjacent to one of the major entrances into the Westfield Shopping Centre. It will be open on Saturdays from 9.30am – 1.00pm.
