Introducing The Langham Privilege Club
(Auckland – 11/11/2004) - Langham Hotels International, which will open its New Zealand property, the Langham Hotel,
Auckland, on 1 January, is introducing an exclusive and personalised guest recognition and reward programme as a key
feature of its luxury hospitality brand.
Membership to the two-tier Langham Privilege Club is complimentary but by invitation only and will operate across all
properties operated by Langham Hotels International.
“We want to recognise and reward individual loyal guests by providing them with a range of personalised benefits from
reservation to check out,” said Brett Butcher, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Langham Hotels
International, who is overseeing the introduction of the new brand to New Zealand. “We want to encourage guests to
return and experience the other hotels we operate in London, where the legend of Langham’s luxury hospitality and
service was born over a century ago, Boston, Hong Kong and Melbourne.
“Enrolment in the Langham Privilege Club will enable us to build up a centralised marketing and information database
which will ensure that all our hotels have access to the profiles so we can really anticipate our guests’ preferences
and needs during their stay with us.”
There are two levels of membership – Classic and Elite – based on the frequency a guest stays in a Langham Hotel.

Plans are on track for the Langham Hotel, Auckland to open on schedule on 1 January with refurbishment of facilities and
