CentrePort Wellington appoints new senior manager
The CEO of CentrePort Wellington Liz Ward is delighted to announce the appointment of Ray Di Leva to the role of Line of
Business Manager, Industrial and Commercial Property Services.
Di Leva, who was previously the Managing Director of the Wellington Office of CB Richard Ellis Limited, will start his
new role today.
CentrePort Wellington has adopted a strategy of growing port facilities, services and property interests through an
integrated logistics approach, of which Di Leva's appointment is a vital component. He will be tasked with growing both
commercial and industrial property interests, including CentrePort Wellington's Seaview and Miramar land.
CEO Liz Ward says Ray Di Leva has an excellent skill set.

Ray Di Leva has 25 years experience in commercial property. His career highlights include appointments as Southern
Regional Property Manager - Mainzeal Property & Construction Limited, Portfolio Manager - Terra Firma Group Limited and Director of Property for Waltus Investments
Limited & URBUS Properties Limited.
He is a Senior Member of the New Zealand Property Institute (SNZPI), a Registered Property Manager and a licensed real
estate salesperson.
