New lease agreed with Ministry of Health

Capital Properties New Zealand Limited announced today that it had agreed a new six year lease term for 8,025.10 square metres of space with the Ministry of Health in the William Clayton Building in Thorndon, Wellington.
The Ministry of Health occupies all of the William Clayton Building and is exercising its right under the existing lease to renew for a further term of six years from 1 March 2005.
The William Clayton Building, at 133 Molesworth in Thorndon was built in 1982 and comprises a three level office building which includes a crèche together with a significant basement car park and storage area.
