AA Centre Auckland Fully Leased
The National Property Trust announced today that the AA Building at 99 Albert Street, Auckland, is now 100% leased.
A total of 6,518m² of office space has been leased over the last 12 months for generally a term of 6 years increasing the weighted average lease term for the property to 4.25 years.
Major tenants to sign are The Department of Internal Affairs (3,872 square metres) Sky City and Fast Lender.
The recent revaluation gain reflects the quality of tenants and the longer weighted average lease term. The property is expected to show additional growth in future years.
The Trust’s total Commercial and Industrial Portfolio is now 99% leased with an average weighted lease term of 3.8 years. The small amount of vacancy (532 square metres) is expected to fill shortly.
