Prestigious Parnell Welcomes Harcourts Office
Some of the most prestigious and sought-after property in the country will now be serviced by one of the newest Harcourts offices, which recently opened in Parnell. Owned by Stu Jenner, Harcourts Parnell is his ninth Auckland office including Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, Auckland Central Property Management, Epsom, Mangere Bridge, Mt Albert, Mt Eden, Royal Oak and Remuera.
Mr Jenner said the Parnell office was very complementary to his Remuera and Epsom offices in particular due to their close proximity and he was looking forward to providing a full real estate service to inner-city Auckland.
Vibrant with history, Parnell is one of Auckland's oldest and most desirable suburbs. Mr Jenner said his new office is an upmarket boutique style operation focusing on the mid-to-upper range housing, the fast growing Project Management sector, and provided a full property management service.
Mr Jenner has been in real estate for 18 years, including the last 16 with Harcourts. He noted that the industry and the city had undergone massive changes during that time and highlighted in particular the growing need for today’s real estate professionals to be highly competent and knowledgeable to meet public expectations.
With reference to the current market, Mr Jenner emphasised, “good properties are still selling well with no drop in sale prices. Auckland is growing at a faster rate than Sydney and Melbourne even issues like traffic will continue to grow the demand for inner-city living, and keep Auckland humming and growing.”
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson said Harcourts had a commitment to grow its marketshare in the strategically important Auckland city. “We are the largest real estate group in New Zealand and the fastest growing one in Australia with now over 325 offices and we look forward to announcing the opening of more offices in the Auckland region in the near future.”
