New Lease for Ministry of Justice

Capital Properties New Zealand Limited announced today that it had agreed a new six year lease term for 4,925 square metres of space with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) in Charles Fergusson Tower Building in Thorndon, Wellington.
The lease is for a term of six years from 1 July 2004 and incorporates the renewal of the existing lease.
The Charles Fergusson Building, on Ballantrae Place in Thorndon, was built in 1975.
MOJ occupy six of the 16 floors or 38.8% of the building.
The building remains fully occupied by three Government tenants.
